T-Shirts & Volunteering

There are 26 days for preregistering left, so hurry on up and put your name on the list! Otherwise the entry fee jumps tremendously.

I do want to share a couple of new goodies. We are reaching out and getting a few new trinkets made for everyone who preregisters. We have also added as an option this year for T-Shirts!

I am pleased to say that the design and logo is from none other than our own Pressganger, Apollo. We had been sitting on the logo for some time and it is one that I absolutely love. It is $7.00 per shirt and you can specify what size you would like during the registration. If you have already registered, please email coal.and.claw.weekend@gmail.com your first & last name and shirt size. We will then bill you for it. We may have extras for sale the day of the Coal & Claw as well.

Additionally, the organizers here at Coal & Claw Weekend are looking for individuals who would want to donate some of their time and assist us in running events. In essence, the volunteer will help check lists/register players during check in for the event. They will also be assisting the Master TO in setting up tables for the event and during each round assist in passing out scenario items. Depending on the Master TO (Alex, Don, or Jarred), volunteers may be able to provide assistance to rudimentary rules questions as well. Volunteers for the different events will not be able to play in them.

Each event counts as a shift for volunteering. Volunteers are expected to show up an hour and half early in the morning and only an hour early before the event in the evening. Because volunteers are not allowed to play in the event they are assisting, players who preregistered for the weekend pass will receive an $8.00 refund per event they volunteer for. There will may be other goodies too for volunteers (HintHint).
